Dakota shakes her head. "Nah, I'm good. Eat up Tijgar!" She smiles softly and kind heartedly.

Tijgar shrugs and buries his muzzle back into the elk's carcass. He had some feelings for Dakota. She was beautiful and skilled. 'Maybe father was right. Maybe I have been wrong all these years and he isn't to blame for mothers illness.' He thought to himself.

Dakota smiles and continues to observe Tijgar's eating habits. 'He eats a bit differently that I would've...' She thinks to herself, "We'll I guess you were hungry, Tijgar!" She giggles softly.

"Slightly." He said softly. "It's been a few days since I've had a good meal." He told her continuing to lick the blood from his muzzle.
(Hey try to get Dakota to talk Tijgar into going back to the kingdom with her.)

Dakota laughs. "Hey, you missed a spot!" She licks a spot of blood of the side of his muzzle and giggles. "Have you ever thought about going back to the kingdom? Would we be better off there?" Dakota asks.

Tijgar looks at her. "I don't know." He said sighing and laying down. "Do you want I know the real reason I left Dakota?" He asked softly looking at his paws.

Dakota tilt her head in though then shakes her head. "No, I don't. Why did you leave, Tijgar? You would've been much safer in the kingdom."

Tijgar kneaded the ground with his claws in anger. "My father didn't save my mother." He growled deeply.

Dakota gasps. "Oh Tijgar...I'm so sorry." She nuzzles him in sympathy.

"He should have saved her, not let her die or get sick." He growled tearing into the ground with his claws but stopping when he felt Dakota nuzzling him, and he burst into tears. He had been so furious at his father that he hadn't mourned his mothers death.

Dakota pauses to think about the right thing to say. "Maybe he couldn't save her. Maybe the sickness was too powerful for him to help at all. Maybe your father did try to save your mother but before she could eve nget better, the sickness took her?" She rests her head on top of Tijgar's.
