Algol yelps in surprise as Tempat tickles him relentlessly. "No, no, no! Ahaha!! That tickles!" Algol laughs uncontrollably actually enjoying himself for once. Algol has been alone for his whole life practically, mother died in cub birth and father was already dead from an unknown disease. He had a rough life growing up. This was the moment he had waited for.

Tempat laughed rolling over and laying beside Algol on his back. "So Algol, why are you out here all alone?" He asked, watching the clouds as they drifted slowly by in the sky. He smiled remembering watching the clouds until the sun set and then stay out to watch the stars appear in the sky.

Algol sighs as he remembers what he was told as a young cub. "Well medicine boy, it's a short story. My mother apparently died after I was born and my father died of a disease before her. I've always been alone and I've learned to deal with it." Algol glances at Tempat and then up at the sky trying to recall what his mother looked like.

Tempat looked away and sighed softly. "I'm sorry to hear that." Tempat nuzzled the other Leoparonda softly. "Well you have me now." Tempat said smiling.

Algol blushes ever so slightly at the nuzzle Tempat gave him. "E-erm, It's ok. I know how to deal with it. Thanks though. It's nice to have a f-friend." The word "friend" is foreign to Algol's mouth and he stutters a bit on it. He thinks about how his life may change now that he has a friend.

Tempat looks up at the clouds again blushing himself. "Your welcome friend." He says softly watching the clouds float by. "So why don't we go see if the deer are out now?" He asked Algol, slowly rolling up on his paws.

Algol springs up and growls excitedly. "Indeed, that sounds like a great plan! You're so smart medicine boy..." Algol pats Tempat's head and grins. "This should be lots of fun!!" Algol unsheathes his bright blue claws and digs them into the dirt preparing himself.

Tempat nods smiling, unsheathing his own lavender claws and dashing off into the brush. He was heading north from the olden tree, knowing exactly where to go to find the deer and the best at that. "Come on slow poke." He laughed as he called over his shoulder.

Algol grins and takes off right after him keeping up the best he can with the fast Leoparonda. "I'm getting there, boy! It's not my fault you're such a speedster!" Algol growls as he hurdles over logs and such in his way keeping Tempat in his sight at all times.

Tempat grins, slowing his pace for Algol, but not letting him get completely caught up. He didn't want Algol to see the blush he wore on his face. 'He will make you happy.' Tempat thought to himself. "You gotta dig your claws into the ground as you run." Tempat called back to Algol.

Algol sees that Tempat a slowed up a bit. 'Maybe he's tired? No matter, I'll catch up!' Algol told himself. He digs his claws into the ground and is flying toward Tempat. "I'll get you!" Algol calls. He is close enough to see the spot on Tempat's body.

Tempat grins looking back slightly. "So you think." He calls back. Tempat digs his claws into the earth harder, flying in front of Algol. Suddenly he turns to the right, and slows to almost a stop. "Algol!" He whispered, crouched down and pointing with his tail to the deer close by.

Algol screeches to a stop to see what Tempat is pointing at. "Deer!" Algol whispered. He wiggles up next to Tempat his fur brushing up against the other Leoparonda. "They look yummy..." Algol whispers again.

Tempat watches Algol from the corner of his eye, the warmth of Algol's body seeping into him. "Which one should we go after?" Tempat asks before seeing the stag padding out of the bushes with a ten point set on his head. He looked over at Algol and nodded.

Algol licks his lips in anticipation. "That one looks mighty fine." Algol tells Tempat. "Are you ready medicine boy?" Algol grins showing his sharp pearlie whites.
